A letter from our leadership…

As we welcome the New Year, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on MSP’s journey and express my gratitude for your continued partnership, and the partnership of all our clients, tenants and business partners.
 
Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to steadily grow our portfolio of owned and managed properties and thoughtfully expand our project management capabilities. This progress has allowed us to better support our clients in the Twin Cities and strengthen the services we offer. By working closely with local specialty and primary care providers, we’ve continued to support medical facilities and our local community in meaningful ways – further committing to our primary goal of helping medical providers achieve reliable and high-quality spaces to provide outstanding healthcare.
 
I am especially thankful for MSP’s lean, but incredibly capable team of healthcare real estate professionals, whose dedication, care and consistency makes everything we do possible. Our work is made stronger through communication and collaboration – both within our team and alongside partners like you – and we truly appreciate the trust you place in us.
 
Looking forward, our focus remains on helping healthcare providers develop, build and maintain their properties to the highest standards. We remain committed to medical facility excellence, so that providers can continue to focus on what matters most: their patients.
