Twin Cities Cardiology

Over the summer, we partnered with Twin Cities Cardiology to launch their Wayzata clinic. Working with Karkela Construction and Fusion AE Minnesota, the space is designed to feel warm, calm, and comforting.
This new clinic reflects Twin Cities Cardiology’s belief that healing begins with human connection. A place where care feels like it should. They provide vascular medicine and treatment for a range of cardiological conditions including heart disease, arrhythmias, and cardiomyopathy, among many others.

The Urgency Room

Opening their fourth facility in the Twin Cities, The Urgency Room expanded their footprint into the northwest suburbs as a result of the high patient demand they experienced over the last several years. Staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, The Urgency Room offers exceptional medical care for everything from nose bleeds and the common cold to head injuries and chest pain.
Converting a vacant retail space to medical, MSP Commercial’s project management team worked closely with RJM Construction and HGA Architecture on an inclusive, patient-focused layout with advanced imaging and lab capabilities complemented by clean and modern finishes.

Summit Orthopedics

Summit Orthopedics proudly welcomed their first patients to the new Plymouth Clinic and Orthopedic Urgent Care on Monday, September 29. Just one week later, on October 6, the Plymouth Surgery Center officially opened its doors, completing the launch of this cutting-edge medical campus.
Collaborating on the interior of the project, MSP Commercial, Ryan Companies and Pope Design Group, partnered with Summit to craft a space that feels more like a serene retreat than a traditional medical clinic. Warm, suspended linear wood ceilings define the reception areas on both floors, seamlessly integrating Summit’s brand and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Relocated from a nearby site, the expansive 80,000-square-foot facility’s interior draws inspiration from nature. It features a soothing palette of blues and greens, complemented by textured wallcoverings in soft greys and earthy tones—bringing a sense of calm and comfort to every corner.

In September, we returned to the Minnesota Zoo to host our Annual Tenant Appreciation picnic, and it was a blast! We loved seeing everyone jump into the fun (literally) and enjoy a day full of laughter, community, and wild adventures.
