MSP Commercial worked closely with independent multi-clinic healthcare practice Voyage Healthcare (previously North Clinic P.A.) to repurpose the former Chalet Liquor store in Crystal into a primary care clinic. The site’s convenient retail surroundings and proximity to Highway 100 was ideal for Voyage Healthcare to relocate and expand their nearby Robbinsdale Clinic.
Although the exterior has a relatively similar look to the former retail liquor store in shape and materials, the interior tells a very different story.
In addition to contemporary interior design style, significant structural, electrical and mechanical updates were completed to get the building up to operational medical office standards.
An expansion of 3,000 square feet was also added to the building’s south side to accommodate the needs of the growing clinic. The clinic welcomes walk-ins and has a flexible schedule of appointments available. Family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, and podiatry are just a few of the primary and specialty care services offered at the clinic.
In 2020, the Voyage Healthcare Crystal Clinic won a well-deserved Minnesota Real Estate Journal project award in the Medical Reuse category.
