Acquired in March of 2024, Maple Grove Executive Plaza was a welcome addition to the MSP Commercial portfolio. With many like-kind properties in the 50+ building portfolio, the transition of ownership and management of this three-story, multi-tenant building was a uncomplicated and smooth process.

Interest in this asset was in part due to the familiar mix of tenants, since MSP already has strong and established relationships with many of the current tenants. Occupying just over two-thirds of the building, Children’s Minnesota, iSpine Pain Physicians, Ellie Mental Health, and Edina Realty have all been tenants in MSP developed and managed properties. The nearly 60,000 square foot building was 92% leased upon purchase date. It houses a total of 10 different tenants, the majority of which are medical or medical specialty providers.

MSP’s project management team hit the ground running on capital improvements for the property, with plans for parking lot and exterior improvements to start in early spring of 2024.

Leasing information for the remaining vacancy, a 4,200 square foot space directly off the main entrance on the first floor, will be listed soon. Maple Grove Executive Plaza’s location is ideal for any medical tenant, due to it’s fantastic location just west of The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes retail center.
