Featured in Minnesota Physician Magazine’s Healthcare Architecture & Design Honor Roll, MSP Commercial acquired the building for repurposing in 2012. Our development team transformed the former big box retail store into the bustling M Health Fairview Clinic (Formerly HealthEast Midway Clinic).

Some of the building’s best attributes include its high-end finishes and modern interior designs as well as its easily accessible and convenient location just off of I-94 and near many retail plazas and Allianz Field Stadium.

The facility serves the vibrant St. Paul Midway community and offers a wide range of healthcare services including primary care and PT through their specialty Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy Clinic (formerly HealthEast Optimum Rehabilitation).
