ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Located next to Hy-Vee at the border of Apple Valley and Lakeville, the single-story Grow Pediatrics building was completed in 2026. This clinic marks Grow Pediatrics’ fourth location, joining its existing practices in Inver Grove Heights, Richfield, and Eden Prairie. The approximately 5,000-square-foot facility capitalizes on the area’s strong retail presence and high traffic counts, providing convenient access for families throughout Lakeville, Apple Valley, and Rosemount.

Designed to deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care services, the clinic offers onsite laboratory and testing capabilities, along with treatment for a wide range of healthcare needs, from well-child visits and immunizations to same-day sick care, behavioral health support, and chronic condition management.

The interior reflects Grow Pediatrics’ vibrant brand identity, incorporating playful, child-friendly wallcoverings and durable materials designed to withstand the demands of a high-traffic healthcare environment. Complementing neighboring developments, the building’s exterior combines brick, metal panels, and Nichiha siding to create a welcoming and modern aesthetic.

MSP Commercial led the development of the project, providing end-to-end services including project management, construction coordination, and ongoing property management.

Additional project partners included Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors and Gardner Builders. The building also features approximately 4,000 square feet of remaining retail space available for lease through JLL Retail. Leasing information can be found here.
