Eastridge Business Center is the first building to be completed in the 85-acre Black Diamond Development, located just north of Eagle Brook Church in Woodbury.

Bordering a large single-family housing community and multi-family/senior apartment complexes, this parcel is considered a transitional site by city standards. To ease the shift from residential-zoned to industrial-zoned areas, this building heavily incorporates the nearby residential color scheme, textures and style, creating a cohesive feel when traveling through the area.

The Eastridge Business Center is a new project type for MSP Commercial, developing in partnership with Onward Investors. At the time of municipal review by the City of Woodbury Planning Commission in late 2022, the Eastridge Business Center was the first multi-tenant industrial building approved in the last decade in the Woodbury real estate market.
