New & Ongoing Construction
First Up, New Business:
MSP signs on to develop Bhatti GI
Bhatti GI is developing new 30,000 SF medical facility at 6500 Barrie Rd in Edina and MSP Commercial, RJM Construction and Pope Design Group have all signed onto the project.
Bhatti GI is excited to create an offering on the Fairview Southdale campus for the growing healthcare needs of the community as well as creating an easily accessible location in the heart of the Fairview Southdale Hospital Campus.
The centerpiece of the new facility is a state-of-the-art surgery center consisting of 5 operatories on the top floor. The second floor will be designated clinic space, and the building will also have 2 levels of parking, both subterranean and at-grade level. Completion is scheduled for fall 2023.

TAMARACK HILLS MEDICAL – OPENING THIS SUMMER! Façade and finishes are being added to the future home to The Oral Surgery Center and The Periodontal Center at the corner of Bielenberg Drive and Tamarack Road in Woodbury.
NORTH MEMORIAL HEALTH – BLAINE, MN
Waterproofing, grading, framing, concrete, panels… There is a LOT going on out at the new North Memorial Health Clinic construction site in Blaine. This project is progressing quickly and we’re looking forward to its opening this fall!
