MSP Commercial has partnered with United Properties, a Twin Cities real estate development and investment firm to develop new 120,00 square foot medical office building in Bloomington.

 

100 Health Rendering

 

The project, titled 100Health is set to be a center for state-of-the-art medical specialty care located at 7851 Normandale Blvd. The four-story building will be a multi tenant facility focused on health and wellness.

LOCATION & VISIBILITY 

100Health will be developed on the northeast quadrant of Highway 100 & Interstate 494, two of the heaviest trafficked arteries within the Twin Cities metro area. On-building signage at this prominent location will provide brand exposure and recognition for healthcare providers housed within the facility.

WELLNESS & CONVENIENCE

Because of it’s central location, this epicenter for healthcare will provide easy access to patients, providers, and staff and includes an attached parking garage with nearly 520 stalls. Early design plans curated by healthcare real estate veterans boast a focus on wellness, accommodation and accessibility.

The ground-up development is currently offering leasing opportunities starting in Spring of 2021.
