We are so excited to be hosting our annual
Tenant Appreciation Picnic at the Minnesota Zoo again in 2026!
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Time: Picnic:10am-1pm | Zoo: 10am-6pm
Location: Minnesota Zoo | Shady Oaks Picnic Pavilion

Please join us for:
- A Summer Picnic – Buffet style! We will have hot dogs, brats, baked beans, potato salad, cookies, chips, lemonade or tea to fuel your day at the zoo! (*Vegetarian options also available.)
- Complimentary Zoo Admission for the day for you and up to 4 guests.
- Don’t forget to stop and meet the the new lynx kittens – Freya and Ingrid!
- Face Painting – Talented artists to help you channel your inner animal.
- Inflatable Games – Fun for all ages!

RSVP is required for this event.
NEW in 2026: Each guest is allowed to bring up to four (4) additional guests/family members. Please do not register children under 2 years old, zoo admission is free for the little ones!

TIME:
Check in at starts at 10 am, where you will receive your tickets for zoo admission and picnic lunch.
Check in, picnic lunch, face painters and inflatable games will close at 1pm, so make sure you get there early to enjoy the festivities!
LOCATION:
The picnic will be held at the Shady Oaks Picnic Pavilion.
Watch for MSP Commercial’s green Tenant Appreciation Event signage and yard flags designating the area.
PARKING:
The closest parking lots to the Shady Oak Picnic Pavilion are the Gibbon and Toucan lots, but parking is allowed in any of the lots.
