Construction Updates in Woodbury & Edina

Black Diamond Distribution Center
Located on the former silica sand-mining operation site, the construction of this 180,000 square foot industrial building is nearing completion. The precast concrete structure has beautiful red brick veneer installed, the first lift of asphalt has been laid and landscaping is scheduled for installation in the next couple of weeks.The interior is fresh and shiny as well. Floors are sealed, walls and columns are painted, and twenty dock doors are up and running and ready for use.

With about a third of the building spoken for by an unnamed tenant, space is still available for lease. For information – click here.  Building designed to fit up to 6 tenants.

Bhatti GI Clinic & Southdale Specialty Surgery Center
Progress at 6500 Barrie Road in Edina continues with construction completion scheduled for September and the first patient day for the Bhatti GI Clinic scheduled for October.

The unique building will have covered parking on the first level, clinic space on the second level, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) on the third level. ASC is planned to open shortly after the clinic space. In addition, this building also features a level of underground parking.

Exterior whitewash brick and silver metal cladding was started just last week and is giving life to a blank façade. The interior framing and sheetrock is wrapping up, with interior finish material waiting in the wings, ready to be applied.
