Orange cones, yellow vests, and hard hats go hand-in-hand with Minnesota’s beautiful summer weather as a mad dash is made to get construction projects underway. Like MnDOT and local construction crews throughout the state, MSP Commercial has also shifted into high gear managing a couple of ground-up development projects.
Woodbury Medical Building (above left) is a 40,000 square foot multi-tenant facility being constructed next to Minnesota Eye Consultants just off of I-494. The building shell is nearly completed and tenant build outs are in full swing. Exterior glass and filtration basin construction are some of the latest developments on the project. The building will be anchored by Summit Orthopedics who plans to open in September. VitreoRetinal Surgery PA will also be a tenant in the medical building.
MSP’s project management team has also been hard at work on a smaller medical building; a dialysis clinic (right) located in the Frogtown neighborhood of St. Paul. Fresenius Medical Care is a global name in dialysis services, and a familiar name throughout the Twin Cities with nearly 25 clinics throughout the metro area. The clinic is shooting for an opening in late September.
