SUMMIT ORTHOPEDICS

Shell construction started in April and is nearly finished on the 25,000 square foot Summit Orthopedics Clinic in Lakeville.

An unofficial groundbreaking ceremony was held at this project just after steel was erected in July. It was great to connect with the project partners, Summit staff, and local city officials, outside and in-person for the event, after many Teams and Zoom calls.

Originally scheduled to open in early 2022, this clinic is now slated to open by the end of the calendar year. Its first patient appointments are scheduled for Wednesday, December 15th.

MNGI DIGESTIVE HEALTH

On track to open in Spring 2022, the MNGI Digestive Health Clinic in Vadnais Heights has spent the beginning of the fall season raising its walls. Next steps include weatherproofing and masonry.

Once open, the ASC/Clinic will offer a wide range of gastroenterology and digestive health services including outpatient procedures, infusion therapy, and comprehensive GI care with behavioral and dietary health support.
