Steve Miller’s diverse experience in commercial real estate combined with deep analytical knowledge of the Twin Cities market are invaluable to MSP Commercial’s strategic planning and overall growth.

Steve is focused on new business development and growing the MSP Commercial portfolio through new development projects and property acquisitions. His responsibilities for include sourcing market opportunities, financial/loan review, entitlement process oversight, and acquisition analysis among many others. Steve leverages his 20 years of experience and long-standing relationships with clients, community leaders and financial institutions to identify cost-saving options and source mutually beneficial real estate opportunities. Highly qualified in negotiation, Steve has executed hundreds of leases and contracts.

Steve joined MSP Commercial in 2005, learning various aspects of leasing, development and property management. In 2011, he moved into transactional position for a local brokerage firm, focusing on tenant and buyer representation. Steve returned to MSP Commercial in 2015 to fulfill his current role.
