ROSLYN “ROZ” BICKLE
Operations Assistant
Providing vital and fundamental support to the Property Management team, Roz Bickle assists with an array of client-facing and administrative responsibilities as an Operations Assistant.
The primary contact for MSP’s work order and ticketing system, Roz uses her exceptional customer service skills to assist tenants and coordinate with vendors to process, track, and communicate property maintenance and repairs. Highly detail-driven and thorough, she also assists with lease administration, property documentations, tenant information and communications, service contracts, bid proposals and tenant events.
Before joining MSP, Roz worked in front-facing roles in hospitality and also manages her own event planning service, Stella B. LLC Event Planning & Coordinating.
