Property Manager
With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial property management, Lindsay oversees multi-tenant industrial, medical, and office buildings within the MSP Commercial managed portfolio. She leverages her strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring that property maintenance, repairs, and inspections are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
In addition to operational oversight, Lindsay manages all financial aspects of her properties, including invoice and contract approvals, monthly reporting, rent collection, and annual budgeting. She works closely with third-party ownership, acting on their behalf to protect and enhance property value.
A Minnesota native and third-generation real estate professional, Lindsay’s family legacy traces back to the origins of IREM in the state through her grandfather – cementing her deep roots in the industry.
