Property Manager
Although her career has been dedicated to healthcare property management, Kaitlyn oversees a variety of property types including multi-tenant medical office buildings, primary care clinics and industrial buildings. Her experience in medical office spaces, ambulatory surgery centers and medical campus buildings has provided a firm foundation, allowing her to successfully navigate complex and time-sensitive environments.
Attentive and people-centric, Kaitlyn enjoys digging into the details and coordinating and communicating with owners, clients and vendors. She ensures that building operations, financials, inspections and maintenance are all kept up to date for her assigned portfolio.
Before joining MSP in 2024, Kaitlyn spent five years in healthcare real estate management and administration at Cushman & Wakefield.
