With over 30 years in commercial construction, Greg brings extensive expertise in healthcare real estate and project management, including nearly a decade leading ASC, specialty, and hospital projects. His experience as both a general contractor and owner’s representative provides a well-rounded perspective, supporting seamless delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Greg excels at managing projects within active, highly regulated healthcare environments, ensuring strict adherence to safety, compliance, and uninterrupted operations. As a Senior Project Manager, he is a trusted, collaborative partner to clients and owners. Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, RFP/RFQ processes, FF&E coordination, and infection control, Greg is known for effective problem solving and risk mitigation, consistently delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes for complex medical spaces.
