ANGIE HAMMERS
ANGIE HAMMERS, CPM, RPA
Assistant Vice President, Property Management
As a department lead, Angie is responsible for managing many third-party and MSP-owned properties, including complex medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers and a handful of industrial complexes. She is also responsible for supervising and coaching members of the property management team.
In addition to managing a designated portfolio, Angie participates in industry-specific educational events to continue to build upon her expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance. She is passionate about property maintenance and consistently improves her properties, leveraging the MSP portfolio to provide cost-savings, upgraded site materials and advanced building systems. This creates better conditions for clients while adding asset value for investors.
Angie has been working in the healthcare real estate industry for over a decade. She began her career as a suburban City Planner and was previously employed in Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare division.
