Assistant Property Accountant

As an Assistant Property Accountant, Alison handles accounting operations related to an assigned group of properties within the MSP portfolio. Her responsibilities include accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, monthly financial statement preparation, and lease documentation. Alison’s optimistic outlook, can do attitude and experience in customer service is utilized every day, answering billing inquiries, and resolving discrepancies for vendors and tenants.

In her most recent role as a certified title clerk, Alison worked with customers, prepared contracts, reviewed applications and maintained legal records. Her interpersonal skills, patience and detail-oriented manner are vital resources to her role, MSP Commercial and its clients.

In her spare time, Alison is an avid guitar player, singer, and songwriter. She performs professionally at events and has produced a self-recorded album.
